For our graduation project, we were given the abandoned site of the White Bay Power Station in Rozelle. The brief was to transform the station into a civic environment that aims to bring the site back to life and to provide Sydney with a new destination, worthy of global attention. 

My proposal, code: creative, aims to revitalise the site through the constant production of renewed creative energy. The station will be transformed into a creative domain where numerous creative learning workshop spaces (ranging from culinary skills to performance), performance viewing spaces and hospitality facilities will all be interconnected through a performers and chefs in residency program. These creative professionals from all over the world will come in and take over the space, be it the performances or restaurants, whilst simultaneously teaching the classes on offer. 

This structure establishes a presence of impermanence, encouraging the continuous production of new creative energy & therefore, constant visitor interest.
